崗位職責(zé)：
1、通過(guò)公司系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)，能夠深入了解工作服的款式、型號(hào)及功能及優(yōu)勢(shì)，熟悉企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程，識(shí)別目標(biāo)客戶(hù)潛在需求；
2、主要針對(duì)北京及周邊區(qū)域，通過(guò)多種方式挖掘客戶(hù)資源，達(dá)成銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)；
3、制定銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃，并按計(jì)劃拜訪和開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)；
4、以專(zhuān)業(yè)良好的形象接待自來(lái)客戶(hù)，了解客戶(hù)需求，達(dá)成業(yè)務(wù)合作；
5、與團(tuán)隊(duì)通力協(xié)作，共同完成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。

任職要求：
1、優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)和展示能力；
2、善于傾聽(tīng)，有敏銳的觀察力；
3、有效管理時(shí)間, 保持熟練的銷(xiāo)售知識(shí)并幫助客戶(hù)達(dá)成他們的利益；
4、具有獨(dú)立開(kāi)拓客戶(hù)的能力和商務(wù)談判能力；
5、勤奮，有企圖心，主觀能動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，有挑戰(zhàn)精神，抗壓能力強(qiáng)；
6、大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷，至少3年的B to B銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
