JOB SUMMARY
Overall responsible for all activities related to Configure-To-Order Department/RMA & Media Replication

ROLES
?Oversees activities related to CTO/RMA Lab & Media Replication
?Coordinates with other departments in ensuring timely and accurate of order fulfillments
?Develops, implements, and maintain policies and procedures related to CTO/RMA & Media Replication

RESPONSIBILITIES
?Responsible for all business objectives set for CTO/RMA & Media Replication functions
?Ensure all functions within the Assembly & Configuration/RMA labs & Media Replication are executed in compliance with ISO9001 requirements
?Maintain proper records and documentation in accordance to ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards
?Ensure safe, clean and accident free working environment
?Responsible for New Product Testing
?Oversee POC Operations (Proof Of Concept, within the scope of DC).
?Plan training, development and guidance to new and current staff
?Performs employee development plans on annual basis
?Adaptable to company culture of coaching and teamwork
?Ensures the process KPI’s targets are met while driving quarter
?Actively engages for techincal needs with sales/customer to ensure proper attention is being given and responded to
?Develops and maintains ongoing collaborative relationship with Global CTO Team

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
?In-depth knowledge of storage and server technology
?Min 5 years of people management experience
?Familiar with of ISO9001 principles and applications
?Knowledge of product global satety standards (e.g. UL, CCC) is an added advantage
?Knowledge of Oracle experience is an added advantage
?Able to identify issues and highlight them for resolution
?Good interpersonal and communication skills
?Must be detail oriented, very thorough, logical and methodical

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
?Min bachelor degree in computer science and/or related field
?Min 10 years experience in SAN storage and server technology

?確保部門內(nèi)員工能根據(jù)訂單，進(jìn)行組裝配置及其他相關(guān)工作的順利完成，
?負(fù)責(zé)本部門不同崗位生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)政策和程序符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并予以持續(xù)發(fā)展與完善
?負(fù)責(zé)與其他部門間的溝通協(xié)作，以確保訂單及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地完成。


工作職責(zé)
?負(fù)責(zé)制定部門內(nèi)各崗位工作的職責(zé)和目標(biāo)；
?確保部門內(nèi)組裝配置、媒介復(fù)制等所有職能工作均符合ISO9001的規(guī)則和要求；
?根據(jù)ISO9001&ISO14001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，創(chuàng)建和管理部門生產(chǎn)記錄和文檔工作；
?確保工作環(huán)境的安全整潔無事故；
?負(fù)責(zé)安排公司新產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試；
?負(fù)責(zé)各DC間POC的操作（Proof Of Concept）；
?制定新員工及所有在職員工的相關(guān)工作操作培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃；
?制定并執(zhí)行年度部門員工發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)計(jì)劃；
?引導(dǎo)和帶領(lǐng)部門員工理解公司文化，發(fā)揮更好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作；
?在不同業(yè)務(wù)階段都能明確和完善部門KPI指標(biāo)執(zhí)行；
?積極參與了解銷售或客戶的技術(shù)需求，并能及時(shí)給予溝通和反饋；
?維護(hù)和保持與全球CTO團(tuán)隊(duì)良好的合作關(guān)系。

知識(shí)和技能

?擁有豐富的存儲(chǔ)及服務(wù)器相關(guān)技術(shù)知識(shí)
?至少5年部門或人員管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?熟悉ISO9001體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)流程
?熟悉全球安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系（例如：UL，CCC）
?有Oracle系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)將優(yōu)先考慮
?優(yōu)秀的發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和解決問題的能力
?優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)及人員管理能力
?具備優(yōu)秀的縝密思維，富有邏輯和條理，注重細(xì)節(jié)

教育/經(jīng)驗(yàn)
?最低計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，或等同相關(guān)學(xué)歷；
?在SAN存儲(chǔ)和服務(wù)器技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，至少擁有10年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
