Develop and Deliver Global Program Calendar, Execution Plan, and Strategy1. 制定并且產(chǎn)出全球項目工作年歷、執(zhí)行計劃以及項目策略。Create and maintain a comprehensive calendar for global programs制定并維護(hù)全球項目的詳細(xì)日歷。Develop yearly strategic plans for the execution of these programs, ensuring alignment with WLSA's overall mission and goals.制定這些項目的年度戰(zhàn)略計劃,確保與WLSA的整體使命和目標(biāo)一致。2. Implement Global Programs across Multiple Functions2. 對項目進(jìn)行全生命周期落地。2.1 Program Planning and Design2.1 項目計劃與設(shè)計Needs Assessment: Identify the specific needs and goals of the program to tailor activities and ****ives.需求評估: 確定項目的具體需求和目標(biāo),以定制活動和目標(biāo)。Program Development: Collaborate with planning committee to design a masterplan that supports the goals of the global education program.項目開發(fā): 與項目指導(dǎo)委員會合作,設(shè)計支持全球教育項目目標(biāo)的整體執(zhí)行方案。2.2.
