Products Coverage: Rail Mounted Components****IVEThe Product Manager (PM) is responsible for the achievement of sales and profit targets for his/her assigned product line by training all sales staffs on its applications, ****ion and use, by developing promotional activity for key existing products and quickly introducing new products. Furthermore, the PM is also responsible for finding new market opportunities/requirements and generate new product ideas/business case and follow the realization. RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Support the attainment of product sales and profitability ****ives through the development and implementation of product marketing plans2.Work closely with the logistics functions to ensure product inventory is maintained at adequate levels to meet sales demand and to minimize reserve obsolescence by coordinating the steering of the sales forecast for current and newly introduced products3.Maintain the product line professional integrity by keeping abreast of market trends (market segment), customer needs, industry regulations and competitive developments4.Implement product management for his/her assigned product line , including planning, development, implementation and control of marketing activities and elements such as pricing, al**** and sales promotions to obtain maximum profitability5.Maintain a reference library of product data, competitive information and industry required approvals, standards and regulations6.Keep abreast of changing market trends so as to take the necessary ****s to exploit new business opportunities related to his/her assigned product line while seeking and accepting input from sales staffs for ideas in the development of new products or programs7.Work closely with counterparts at WI and other Asian countries to share experiences and assist the implementation of various international projects and strategies related to the product line8.Follow all procedures directly effecting the PM as described in the WI quality procedure (or Management Directives), in particular Introduction of New Products, Pricing, Complaint Handling, Repair, Replenishment, Planning, plus provide input to the process owner for continued improvement of these processes9.Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee handbook regulations and all other policies10.Any other tasks as requested by management.REQUIREMENTS1.Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering. At least 8 years experience in related product Manufacturer Company including 2 year product management experience in multinational company2.Able to work independent and self motivation3.Good time management4.Logical thinking, result-oriented, detailed-oriented5.Professional communication skill6.Fluent in use of written and spoken English7.Skillfully practice in computer of Ms Office.
