崗位職責：1、負責來訪客戶（接聽電話）的接待與登記工作；2、負責日常的信件快遞的收發，并做好相應的登記記錄3、負責日常辦公用品的采購和相關供應商的聯絡及管理工作；4、協助處理辦公環境的清潔和維護工作；5、負責行政日常費用的支付（包含快遞，房租等），以及確保發票能及時入賬。6、完成上級交辦的其他任務崗位要求：1、大專及以上學歷，有1年以上相關工作經驗；2、具備良好的溝通能力和親和力，能夠妥善處理各種人際關系；3、熟練使用Office辦公軟件，如Word、Excel等；4、工作認真負責，踏實細致耐心，具有較強的組織協調能力；5、有一定的英文閱讀及書寫能力6、持有六險一金、帶薪年假、定期體檢、扁平管理和午餐補助等相關福利。
